Women’s Wellness Book Club

Our Women’s Wellness Book Club is a welcoming space created to bring women together through meaningful conversations, supportive community, and enjoyable reads. This group focuses on wellness, personal growth, encouragement, and fun fiction that inspires connection and reflection. Whether you’re hoping to meet like-minded women, build friendships, or simply enjoy a good book, this club is designed to be a relaxed and supportive environment.

Meetings take place on the third Tuesday of each month from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM, beginning March 17th. Each gathering is guided by the attendees, making the group a true community experience. During our first meeting, participants will place book suggestions into a “fishbowl,” and one will be selected to become the next month’s read.

From time to time, meetings may also include a short wellness activity—such as a brief guided yoga stretch, meditation, or other introduction to local wellness practices. These mini sessions are offered by local practitioners as a way to share their work with the community. While they are not paid classes, attendees are welcome to offer a tip if they enjoy the experience.

We look forward to creating a supportive circle of women who share stories, ideas, and encouragement—one book at a time.

“Massage is not just a luxury; it’s a way to a healthier, happier life. By nurturing the body, we calm the mind and restore balance to the individual
